We’ll handle your flat artwork just like we would handle your real artwork. We’ll mat your artwork, or in the instance of an oil painting, use a liner. We then frame your artwork and add a light source to bring out the depth and realism—exactly how your artwork would look in a real-world gallery.
Sculptures
We’ll display your sculptures the same way as flat artwork, without the framing of course. We take your sculpture from the photo you provide us . . .
. . . and then place it in a display case, or on a shelf or pedestal (see display examples below). The reason we use this approach with sculptures is because we’re treating them as if they were being displayed in a gallery or museum in the real world.
When you provide us with your sculptures, you’ll have three options to choose from on how you want your sculptures displayed in your exhibitions (see below).
Original Size Recognition The reason we place human figures and other objects next to the artwork, is because not only does it humanize the exhibitions, but more importantly, it helps your viewers easily determine the original size of your artwork, no matter what size screen of whatever device your exhibition is being displayed on.
You’ll have two choices of what kind of exhibition you want. 1) You can choose a personalized exhibition, which includes inserting an image of you into your exhibition, or 2) you can choose a non-personalized exhibition, in which case we’ll place our standard human figures into your exhibition.
Personalized
Non-Personalized
“I liked the framing feature that View Art Better had to offer, but I loved the original size recognition feature the most because visitors to my website could instantly tell I offered two print sizes as well as recognizing the original size of the each artwork piece.”
— Thomas J. Woodman
Gallery Setting We create a gallery-like room setting (see above), and then apply our product features to the artwork you provide us to bring your exhibition to life! Click the gallery setting above to see the transformation.
Wall Colors
Unlike a real-world gallery, in which case you have no choice of the wall color, we offer four standard wall colors for you to choose from to enhance your exhibition. We offer you this choice because wall color will have a major impact on how viewers perceive your artwork in your exhibition.
Clickable Artwork
The reason we make your artwork clickable in your exhibition is to allow viewers the ability to get a closer look at a specific piece of your artwork. We use this approach because it’s similar to how a person would approach your artwork in a real-world gallery.
