General Questions
1. If I already have a website, how do I use your product with it?
You can link to your exhibition page from your existing website. You can do this with either a text link or with a copy of your gallery image that we will provide you.

2. If I don’t have a website, can I still use your product?
Yes. Your exhibition can act like a website because it can work by itself without being attached to an actual website. If you don’t have a website, we’ll provide you with an image or a text link that you can e-mail out or attach to any social networking site such as Facebook or Twitter.
3. What can your products do for me, that my existing website doesn’t already do?
Our products will exhibit your artwork! We increase the perceived value of your artwork by using nuances from real-world galleries, such as matting, framing, lighting and more, and applying that to your artwork and inserting it into a realistic gallery setting. Your existing website most likely already includes your artwork images, but it’s only showing your artwork, not exhibiting it.
4. After I have paid, what exactly am I getting back in return?
We’ll provide you with an exhibition page (that’s viewable through the Internet) which will include your gallery image, your artwork information, along with various links related to your exhibition.

5. Can I change how my exhibition page looks (i.e. background color, fonts, etc.)?
As of now, no. Although, if over a period of time we get a lot of requests from artists who want the option of customizing how their exhibition page looks, we might offer that option in the future.
6. How long will my exhibition be on the Internet?
Your exhibition will be on the Internet for as long as you want it to be.
7. Will my exhibition (and gallery image) be searchable through Google?
Yes.
8. Will you need the original pieces of my artwork?
It depends. If you have digital images of your artwork, you can just send us those. If you don’t have digital images of your artwork, you’ll have to scan or photograph your artwork to get digital images in order for us to use. If you don’t have a way to digitize your artwork, you’ll have to contact us so we can discuss with you how we can be of assistance in digitizing your artwork.
